Tom Babineau

President & CEO/COO

Tom Babineau earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry and Business from the University of Minnesota in 1996. While attending college, he worked as a pharmacy technician at St. Cloud Hospital Pharmacy.  Upon graduating from the U of M, he accepted a position in Regulatory Affairs working closely with Quality Control and the FDA for a finished pharmaceutical company, Fort Dodge Animal Health (Elanco).  From there, he moved on to start a growing pharmaceutical business at Hawkins, Inc. Pharmaceutical Group, where he quickly moved into Business Development to become their National Sales and Marketing Manager for 7 years.  Prior to divesting their business to Letco Medical, Tom accepted a position as Director of Business Development for Gallipot, Inc. that was later sold to Fagron.

Tom then diversified his career by moving into the GMP analytical testing area of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries from 2006 to 2018, working for Pace Analytical Life Sciences. While at Pace LS, he co-founded the first US conference focused on the advancement of Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals from a biocompatibility perspective: North American Biocompatibility Summit (NABS) that annually has reached capacity and draws global attendees, presenters, and innovative technologies.  In 2018, he resigned from his position after 10 years as Senior Director of Global Sales at Pace Analytical Life Sciences to focus on SpecializedRx Products with a refocus on the worldwide pharmacy compounding market.

Tom currently holds two pharmaceutical device patents (SmartScripps™ and SmartPopps™) with several more in development.  He enjoys working with pharmacies to help grow their business and spends most of his free time leveraging his experience and industry connections to develop new and innovative products to help compounding pharmacies, pharmaceutical, and medical device companies advance global healthcare.


 Dustin Abrahamson

Chief Technology Officer

Dustin Abrahamson, who holds a degree in Business Management, started his professional career as a Buyer/Planner for Newport Corporation an ISO 9001 manufacturer of high precision motion devices. From there, he accepted a position as a Buyer/Planner at Minnetronix Medical, an ISO 13485:2016 medical device manufacturer where he led product procurement and production scheduling for numerous projects. From there, he took a position at Pace Life Sciences, a cGMP Pharmaceuticals testing laboratory, as a Buyer/Planner where he soon was promoted to the physical testing laboratory supervisor, and then promoted to the divisions Administrative Business Manager.

Dustin has always been interested in world of business technology and in 2007 co-founded an e-commerce company in the nutritional supplement industry called Blue Sky Vitamin (blueskyvitamin.com). The business has been the leader in the e-commerce professional grade supplement business ever since. In 2016, he took his experience with e-commerce, marketing, and supply chain management and partnered with Tom Babineau and Ronald Ledoux to help grow SpecializedRx to the successful company it is today.


 Ron Ledoux

Chief Financial Officer

Ron Ledoux performed his undergraduate studies at the University of Windsor Ontario, Canada with a major in biology followed by a degree in Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, TX.  Upon graduating from Parker College, he went on to start his chiropractic career in Dallas for a year before moving to Minneapolis, MN, where he opened his own private practice. 

In 2007 he co-founded Blue Sky Vitamin with Dustin Abrahamson, as the CEO.  Ron joined the SpecializedRx team in 2016 and used his experience from his prior businesses to help build the business infrastructure and position SpecializedRx for growth.  In April of 2019, he sold his chiropractic clinic in order to focus his full attention on Blue Sky Vitamin and SpecializedRx.
