This new portfolio of capsule machine pinch plates is in response to offer upgraded plates for use with the Jaansun® brand** encapsulating systems with the benefits listed below.  Precision machined from high-grade aluminum then a proprietary hard-coat process is applied that creates a ceramic-like finish for years of reliable, accurate, and worry-free use.  These Plates are sold individually T = Top plate (white plate), B=Bottom plate (black plate), and as a Set (both Top and Bottom plates).

Cleaning: Separate all plates before cleaning.  Recommend hand cleaning using a mild detergent – Recommend using Relianox™ Critical Cleaning Liquid Detergent (SKU# P3023).

Relianox™ is the ideal critical cleaning liquid detergent for use in laboratories, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, veterinary, cleanrooms, and industrial facilities.  Relianox™ is a safe commercial grade detergent that is effective in cleaning glassware, instruments, rubber, plastic, and metal components, surfaces, equipment, tanks, and numerous other applications.  Relianox™ is a phosphate and soap-free concentrated detergent that is easy to use and offers superior activity for highly effective cleaning in critical environments. 

Hard-coated aluminum may be cleaned in an automatic dishwasher using mild detergents. Not recommended to use heavy acidic or caustic cleaning solutions. Do not clean with abrasive cloth, gritty materials, or steel wool. Use only plastic brushes or nylon/non-abrasive pads.

Isopropyl Alcohol Cleaning & Drying: May be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol, then wipe dry with a clean wipe.  May be dried in a hot air oven or using a portable hot-air dryer.
