SpecializedRx understands the urgency and importance of receiving the products we offer, and we make every effort to ship your order as expeditiously as possible.  Orders are typically shipped the same day if ordered before 1:00pm CST for Ground shipments and 2:00pm CST for Expedited or International shipments. Orders received after those times ship the next business day. If your order may be delayed, one of our Customer Support Representatives will make every attempt to contact you in a timely manner to discuss your order. 

For large volume or bulk orders, please call and discuss your order with our Customer Support or your Account Representative so we can meet your expectations or allow up to 24 hours for order confirmation.  Bulk or large volume orders may not ship same day. Please verify ship dates with your Account Representative when placing orders or contact Customer Support prior to placing bulk or large volume orders online. 

All shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout. The free shipping offer ships ground by a carrier determined by SRx. Free shipping only applies to shipments within the contiguous United States.

All orders will receive a tracking number via email when the order has shipped.

All orders with a PO Box address will ship USPS.

Temperature Sensitive Products

During summer months, some products will be required to be shipped expedited shipping to eliminate melting during shipping. Temperature sensitive products might not be shipped on Thursday or Friday if they won't be able to get the destination within 1 or 2 business days to avoid sitting in a freight hub over a weekend. Please contact customer support for any questions regarding temperature sensitive products and shipping. 

International Shipping

Email or call us for a quote. International orders may require advanced payment prior to shipping.


  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
  • Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
  • SpecializedRx does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the US), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
  • If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to SpecializedRx, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to SpecializedRx.

SpecializedRx does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery outside of the US for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance.

Although most orders arrive within the estimated standard shipping time, there may be exceptions due to certain circumstances that are out of our control such as, but are not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Remote shipping locations (including Alaska & Hawaii)
  • Issues with carrier
  • Incorrect billing or shipping address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Heavy shipping days (i.e. Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas).

These are all factors that may delay a shipment.


  • SpecializedRx is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
  • SpecializedRx cannot be held responsible/liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
  • SpecializedRx is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
