Glidetab™ P125 Direct Compression Tableting Base

Glidetab™ P125 is a versatile and robust direct compression tableting base that can be used with numerous APIs. It imparts superior flow, compaction, particle size distribution, and binding properties, resulting in optimal content uniformity and final product stability. It also offers enhanced lubrication properties and exhibits superior brittle fracture and plastic deformation characteristics for problematic direct compression tableting formulations. Compared to traditionally processed Microcrystalline Cellulose, the proprietarily processed amorphous structure of Glidetab™ P125 is designed to increase the surface area by five times and increase the compaction by 30-50%. The average particle size of this base is 125 microns.
