Feton Enteric Coater 60

Enteric coater kit for manually covering 60 capsules at a time with an enteric solution, making them gastro-resistant.

• Size 0-4

Use Instructions:

1. Fill and close capsules.
2. Fill the rubber box with enteric solution (adjust the level depending on the
   size of capsules used). Check and adjust the solution level after each soak.
3. If you have a Feton Filler 60 for Capsules size 0, 1 or 2, you can position the Capsules Holder on the Top plate and push the capsules into the Capsules Holder by lifting the Filler Base Plate. If not, fill the Capsules Holder by hand.
4. Soak the capsules in the solution, ensuring that they are immersed above the joint formed by the bottom and top of the capsule. Drain the capsules.
5. While keeping the capsules facing down, place the coating plate on the Coating Support and allow to dry for 10 minutes.
6. Repeat steps 5 to 6 once more to obtain two layers of coating.
7.  Once dry, place the Capsules Holder on the Reversing Support and push them with the Reversing Plate, so that the half that is not yet covered with enteric solution is ejected.
8. The capsules are now gastro-resistant.

Cleaning Instructions:

For easier cleaning, soak the parts in contact with the solution in warm water before the solution hardens. If this does not work, soak the parts in a solution containing 10% sodium bicarbonate and warm water.
