Metal Capsule Machine Pinch Plates for Jaansun® Systems

This new portfolio of capsule machine pinch plates are for use with the Jaansun® brand** encapsulating systems. Each plate is precision machined from high-grade aluminum, after which a proprietary hard-coat process is applied that creates a ceramic-like finish for years of reliable, accurate, and worry-free use. These plates are sold individually and as a set (both Top and Bottom Plates).

Easy Identification of Top and Bottom Pinch Plates:

• Top Plates (a.k.a. 'white') are inscribed with a "T"
• Bottom Plates (a.k.a. 'black') are inscribed with a "B"

Recommended Cleaning Method:

Separate all plates before cleaning. Clean by hand with Relianox™ Critical Cleaning Liquid Detergent (SKU: P3023).

Hard-coated aluminum may be cleaned in an automatic dishwasher using mild detergents. Not recommended to use heavy acidic or caustic cleaning solutions. Do not clean with abrasive cloth, gritty materials, or steel wool. Use only plastic brushes or nylon/non-abrasive pads.

May be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol, then wipe dry with a clean wipe. May be dried in a hot air oven or by using a portable hot-air dryer.

May have slight color variations from lot to lot.
