• Slightly soluble to insoluble in water and propylene glycol
• Soluble in alcohol and most oils
• Specific gravity: 0.896-0.908
• 24-month shelf life from date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened container in a cool, dry place

Each flavor is free of preservatives, colors, and dyes. Any color present in the concentrates comes from the natural colors of their various plant-based or naturally derived aromatic extract(s).
