Excellatab™ QDC Direct Compression Tableting Base

Excellatab™ QDC (Quick Dissolving Chewable) is a proprietary direct compression tableting base designed for compounding chewable, fast dissolving tablets. It is formulated with our natural Bitter-Bloc™ Technology to block bitter notes found in many APIs. It can handle high and low API loads for both human and veterinary tablet applications. Additionally, this formula has excellent flow properties, lower pressure requirements, and is resistant to sticking to punches. Recommended API load is ≤25% while maintaining ≥75% of excipients total (including additional powder flavors, sweeteners, etc.). Excellatab™ QDC is formulated as an all-in-one tableting excipient that is press-ready, saving the compounder time, extra steps, and costs.
